Force Majeure

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from hammam.gr at any time until you receive the mail for the shipment of your order. After that you cannot cancel an order.

Returns Policy
All products purchased from hammam.gr may be returned by mail within 14 days of receipt. (subject to the limitations set out below).

Original shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds

Contract Cancellation
hammam.gr may cancel a contract to supply products made under these terms of sale immediately if you fail to pay, on time of order and in full, any amount due to hammam.gr under the contract, or commit any material breach of your obligations hammam.gr under the contract.
Consequences of cancellation
Upon the cancellation of a contract hammam.gr will cease to have any obligation to you, especially to deliver products which are undelivered at the date of cancellation.
Warranty
