Return and cancellation policy
Cancellation of reservation
-The customer has the right to cancel the reservation or change services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
-In case of cancellation within the time limit that the customer has the right to cancel (before 48 hours), a new appointment can be booked within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Otherwise the prepaid services (gift cards - prepaid visits - advance bookings) are canceled.
In case the customer wants to change the reservation for services of lower value than the scheduled ones, beyond the 48 hours that is entitled to, the value of the initial service is calculated.
For reservations’ deposits, the amount per person is non-refundable and is not offset in case of cancellation.
-Late arrivals cannot receive an extension of treatment time. Delaying your appointment time, can reduce your treatment time, without reducing the cost.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from hammam.gr at any time until you receive the mail for the shipment of your order. After that you cannot cancel an order. In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us notice of cancellation by writing to [email protected] or by tel. +302103231073.
Returns Policy
All products purchased from hammam.gr may be returned by mail within 14 days of receipt. (subject to the limitations set out below).
In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us written notice of cancellation by writing to [email protected] or to ‘’HAMMAM BATHS” at Agion Asomaton 17 and Melidoni 1 Thisio, 10553 Athens, Greece, tel 302 103 231 073.
All items must be returned unopened and unused for refund or an exchange. All returns should be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice included with the shipment.
In case all items are unopened, unused and in good condition, you will be responsible only for return shipping.
hammam.gr holds no responsibility for items lost or damaged while shipping. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance of products while return shipping. hammam.gr encourages you to use a shipping service that has package tracking available as hammam.gr will issue refunds only after the product return is received and inspected by our staff.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, they won't be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive a credit for your return within 30 days after the day hammam.gr receives returned products and verify that all products are unopened and unused accompanied by the original receipt or invoice included with the shipment.
Contract Cancellation
hammam.gr may cancel a contract to supply products made under these terms of sale immediately if you fail to pay, on time of order and in full, any amount due to hammam.gr under the contract, or commit any material breach of your obligations hammam.gr under the contract.
Consequences of cancellation
Upon the cancellation of a contract hammam.gr will cease to have any obligation to you, especially to deliver products which are undelivered at the date of cancellation.
Warranty
Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer or publisher of the products. hammam.gr makes no warranties whatsoever. hammam.gr sole obligation and purchaser's only remedy in the event of breach of any warranty shall be the repair or replacement of defective products. In no event shall hammam.gr be liable for any consequential damages or damages of any kind or nature alleged to have resulted from any breach of warranty. hammam.gr does not warrant the merchantability of the products or their fitness for any particular purpose. hammam.gr makes no warranty, express or implied, other than those specifically set forth herein.
Defective/Wrong products
In case of defective products or products that you didn't order, you must give to us written notice of the problem to [email protected] or to 'HAMMAM BATHS”, at Agion Asomaton 17 and Melidoni 1 Thisio, 10553 Athens, Greece, tel 302 103 231 073, 7 days after you receive the product. After the return of the defective/wrong products you can choose between:
- possibility of replacing the product with shipping costs of hammam.gr
- possibility of refund.
The foregoing is customer's sole and exclusive remedy for defective products.
Your warranties
You warrant to us that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale.
